Top Reviews
See All ReviewsWe went at lunchtime. The food was good, but portions were lacking with both of our entrees... I would honestly feel better if they have to raise the prices by a dollar, as long as there's enough food to eat. It never feels good to leave a restaurant hungry.
For a long time, I have refrained from writing negative food reviews. However, this time, I must express my disappointment with the Pho and grilled pork dishes. As depicted in the accompanying image, the beef broth, which was intended to be cooked for 16 hours, lacked flavor. The pork was excessively dried and tough, making it unpalatable. I wish the owner and chef would do a serious review of their recipes. The restaurant is situated in a very nice neighborhood. I would not want it to close.
Solid Vietnamese restaurant in downtown Sunnyvale. Smallish interior that seats ~30, but it is clean and well decorated. The beef pho soup was flavorful, meat was tender, but the noodles were a bit chewier than expected. Fried spring rolls arrive hot and tasted okay. You can customize your own toppings, and several coffee and fruit drinks to choose from as well. Fast and friendly service. Plenty of free parking lots nearby.
